Living in the moment is not always easy but is often rewarding. Imagine feeling the sun’s warmth on your skin, the gentle breeze, and breathing in the fresh smell of grass in the countryside. It’s just you and mother earth. It’s such a peaceful way to live. Of course, this might not be for everyone, but who’s to say the way we live now is any better.
